精神科长期住院患者的康复护理研究

Study on rehabilitation nursing of long-term hospitalized patients in psychiatric department

目的探究精神科长期住院患者的康复护理对策,并评估其效果。方法纳入2018年3月~2019年3月我院精神科长期住院患者,共计88例,常规护理(对照组)、综合康复护理(观察组)均为44例,比较两组护理效果。结果两组护理前BPRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组BPRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为93.18%,高于对照组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理在精神科长期住院患者中的应用,对于改善患者精神状态、提高患者个人及社会功能作用显著,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation nursing measures for long-term hospitalized patients in psychiatric department and to evaluate their effects.Methods A total of 88 patients with long-term hospitalization stay in psychiatry department in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation care.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)score before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).The BPRS score in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 93.18%,which was higher than 72.73%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing in psychiatric patients with long-term hospitalization stay has significant effects on improving the patient's mental state and personal and social functions,and it is worthy of clinical reference.
