摘要
目的探讨Ⅰ期心脏康复运动对急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者运动耐力及日常生活能力的影响。方法选择2019年1~6月急性心肌梗死急诊经桡动脉行PCI术后收治本科的患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用急性心肌梗死急诊PCI术后常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施Ⅰ期心脏康复运动,对两组患者急诊PCI术后运动耐力、基本生活活动能力、住院时间进行比较。结果急诊PCI术后观察组患者6min步行距离、代谢当量、基本生活活动能力显著高于对照组,观察组术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ⅰ期心脏康复运动应用于急性心肌梗死急诊PCI术后患者能够提高患者运动耐力及基本生活活动能力,促进患者心功能的快速康复,缩短住院时间,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of phaseⅠcardiac rehabilitation exercise on exercise tolerance(ET)and activities of daily living(ADL)in the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after PCI.Methods 90 patients with AMI who were admitted to and treated in our department from January to June,2019 after they had undergone emergency trans-radial PCI were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing after emergency PCI for AMI,while the observation group did phaseⅠcardiac rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group.The ET,basic activities of daily living(BADL)and hospital stay of the two groups after emergency PCI were compared.Results After emergency PCI,the walking distance in a 6-min walk test(6MWT),metabolic equivalent and BADL of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the postoperative hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of the patients with AMI having undergone emergency PCI,phaseⅠcardiac rehabilitation exercise can enhance the patients'ET and BADL,promote the recovery of their cardiac function,shorten their hospital stay and improve their life quality.
