宫颈锥切术患者的围术期护理思路构架实践

Practice of perioperative nursing ideas framework for patients undergoing cervical cone resection

目的对宫颈锥切术患者围术期护理措施进行分析探讨。方法将我院2016年1月~2019年1月收治的160例行宫颈锥切术患者随机分为两组,对照组80例患者行常规护理,观察组80例患者行优质护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果两组患者护理后SAS及SDS评分均得到明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.50%,明显高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈锥切术患者围术期开展优质护理,可有效缓解患者不良情绪,提高手术安全性,降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者预后,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze and explore the nursing measures for patients undergoing cervical cone resection.Methods 160 patients who underwent cervical cone resection in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.80 patients in the control group received conventional nursing,and 80 patients in the observation group received quality nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than the control group(82.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out quality nursing for patients undergoing cervical cone resection during perioperative period can effectively alleviate adverse emotions of patients,improve safety of surgery,reduce incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the prognosis of patients,which is worth clinical application.
