壮医拉筋松解术配合壮医药熨治疗膝关节僵硬的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of knee joint stiffness with the application of tension and relaxation technique in zhuang medicine

目的观察壮医拉筋松解术配合壮医药熨治疗膝关节僵硬的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017年9月~2019年12月膝关节僵硬患者46例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,观察组应用壮医拉筋松解术配合壮医药熨疗法,与对照组常规CPM机被动功能锻炼配合双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外擦的常规方法进行比较,观察其对膝关节功能改善情况的影响。结果观察组膝关节评分为(76.8±9.7)分,对照组膝关节评分为(54.6±8.9)分,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组优良率为88.0%,对照组优良率为57.1%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论壮医拉筋松解术配合壮医药熨治疗膝关节僵硬,疗效可靠,优良率高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of knee joint stiffness by the Musculoskeletal Manipulations combine with the zhuang medicine hot ironing.Methods 46 patients with Knee joint stiffness in our hospital from September 2017 to December 2019 were selected and they were divided into two groups by random number table method.The application of Musculoskeletal Manipulations with the zhuang medicine hot ironing was compared with the routine method of CPM machine passive functional exercise and external rubbing of the diclofenac adhesive.Results The knee joint score of the observation group was(76.8±9.7)scores,and that of the control group was(54.6±8.9)scores,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01);the excellent rate of observation group was 88.0%,the control group was 57.1%,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conlusion The curative effect of the Musculoskeletal Manipulations combine with the zhuang medicine hot ironing was reliable,excellent and good rate was high in the knee joint stiffness.
