穴位注射黄芪注射液结合神阙灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床观察

A clinical observation of the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome by acupoint injection of astragalus injection combined with Shenque moxibustion

目的观察穴位注射黄芪注射液结合神阙灸治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月~2018年12月收治的82例符合纳入标准的腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为两组,其中对照组41例,口服复合乳酸菌胶囊和马来酸曲美布汀进行治疗,观察组41例,接受穴位注射黄芪注射液联合神阙灸治疗,两组均连续治疗4周,比较治疗后两组患者的症状积分变化、临床疗效、复发情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的IBS-SSS评分(142.49±41.07)分以及复发率(4.88%)均低于对照组[(179.83±54.02)分,26.83%],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床总有效率(95.12%)显著高于对照组(75.61%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹泻型肠易激综合征患者采用穴位注射黄芪注射液结合神阙灸治疗有助于临床症状的改善,可有效降低复发率,临床疗效和应用价值高。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of astragalus injection combined with Shenque moxibustion against diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS).Methods 82 patients with D-IBS conforming to the inclusion criteria admitted and treated from January 2015 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,of which 41 patients in the control group were treated with oral lactobacillus complex capsules and trimebutine maleate,and 41 patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint injection of astragalus injection combined with Shenque moxibustion.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The changes of symptom scores,clinical efficacy and recurrence in the two groups of patients after treatment were compared.Results The IBS-SSS scores(142.49±41.07)points and recurrence rate(4.88%)in the patients of the observation group were both lower than those of the control group[(179.83±54.02)points,26.83%],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate in the patients of the observation group(95.12%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.61%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection of astragalus injection combined with Shenque moxibustion for the patients with D-IBS can help to ameliorate clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate effectively.It has much clinical efficacy and is of great value for application.
