乡风文明是新时代农村文化建设的战略目标,对乡村发展与美丽新农村建设意义重大。在新时代背景下,通过乡村文化转型形成符合现代化愿景且蕴含厚重文明价值的乡村文化是乡风文明的新时代要义;通过职业教育引发乡村文化冲突与交融、实现文化传承与创新、优化文化土壤与生态是促进乡村文化转型进而实现乡风文明的重要手段。为切实发挥职业教育“化民成俗”的可持续发展效应,职业教育应遵循三重行动逻辑:一是要以完善的职业教育体系作为促进乡风文明的行动依托;二是要以精准的目标定位作为促进乡风文明的行动坐标;三是要以培育现代型乡村精英作为促进乡风文明的行动路径。

Local custom civilization,which is of great significance to rural development and the construction of a beautiful new countryside,is a strategic goal of rural cultural construction in the new era.Forming a type of rural culture that meets the requirements of modernization and contains profound civilized values through cultural transformation is the essence of it in the new era.Vocational education is an important way to promote such cultural transformation,because it has an irreplaceable role in triggering conflict and fusion of rural culture,realizing cultural heritage and innovation and optimizing cultural soil and ecology.In order to give full play to the sustainable development effect of“Influence People and Form Moral Customs”in vocational education,vocational education should follow the triple action logic:the first is to take the perfect vocational education system as the action support to promote the rural style civilization;the second is to take the precise target positioning as the action coordinate to promote the rural style civilization;the third is to take the cultivation of modern rural elite as the action path to promote rural civilization.
