高校思想政治教育公共空间建设与营造的现状、问题及改进建议——基于江苏省20所本科高校的调查分析

On the Current Situation, Problems and Improvement Suggestions of the Construction of Public Space for Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities--Based on the Investigation and Data Analysis of 20 Universities in Jiangsu Province

高校思想政治教育公共空间对高校思想政治教育工作具有重要价值和独特功能。通过对江苏省20所本科高校学生的抽样调查和统计分析,发现当前高校思想政治教育公共空间总体状况良好,但也存在空间数量不足、空间规模较小、布局不尽合理、空间建设不精准、空间形式简单重复、空间吸引力不强、学生参与度不高、说教灌输过多、空间的育人主体作用发挥不够充分等问题;同时还发现不同性别、不同年级、不同专业的学生对校园思想政治教育公共空间的认知有显著差异,Kruskal Wallis检验发现性别、年级、专业对部分问题的选择有显著性影响。因此,建议高校应贯彻以学生为中心的工作理念,加大思想政治教育公共空间的建设力度,强化面向实践的思想政治教育公共空间营造取向,凸显思想政治教育公共空间的育人功能。

The public space of ideological and political education is of great significance and unique function for the ideological and political work of universities.According to the sampling survey and statistical analysis of the students from 20 universities in Jiangsu province,the public space of ideological and political education is generally in good condition.But there are also some problems,such as insufficient space quantity,small space scale,unreasonable layout,lack of clear aim ornamentation in space construction,simple and repetitive space form accounting for the main part,insufficient play of the main role of space in education,weak space attraction,too much propaganda and indoctrination,and low participation of the students.At the same time,it is found the cognition of the public space of ideological and political education among students of different genders,grades and majors are greatly different.There is a highly related variable relationship among education,identity,participation,satisfaction and support.The non-parametric test shows that gender,grade and major have significant influence on the choice of questionnaire questions.Therefore,it is suggested that colleges and universities should implement the concept of student-centered work,strengthen the construction of public space of ideological and political education,strengthen the construction orientation of public space of ideological and political education oriented to practice,and highlight the educational function of public space of ideological and political education.
