摘要
在美国公立研究型大学的内部质量改进工作中,以教务长办公室为核心的组织机构作为实施主体,分别作用于质量改进的不同要素,对学校整体教育质量提升发挥着差异化主导作用。以威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校为例,采用实物分析和深度访谈相结合的分析方法,从组织职能、组织决策、组织关系和组织运行四个维度对该校质量改进的九大主体分别展开深入剖析,并在此基础上归纳主体间协商共治的关系网络和六大运行特征,希冀为完善我国大学内部质量保障工作提供借鉴和参考。
In the internal quality improvement of public research universities in the United States,the organization with the Office of the Provost as the core serve as implementation entities,which works on different elements of quality improvement,and plays a leading role in promoting the overall education quality in the internal quality improvement of American public research universities.Taking the University of Wisconsin Madison as an example,this paper uses the method of material analysis and in-depth interview to analyze the nine main bodies of quality improvement in the university from four dimensions:organizational function,organizational decision-making,organizational relationship and organizational operation,Based on this analysis,it summarizes the relation network of negotiation and shared governance among the entities and six operation characteristics,hoping to provide reference for improving the internal quality assurance of Chinese universities.
