摘要 在某款新能源汽车的设计开发过程中,为满足NVH要求,降低前舱装饰罩与电驱动总成共振风险,文章通过利用CAE软件建立前舱装饰罩有限元模型,并进行模态分析,根据CAE分析结果提出优化方案,再对优化方案进行模态分析,最终保证优化后的前舱装饰罩实现隔声降噪的目标,满足性能要求,为前舱装饰罩的改进和优化设计提供重要依据。 In the design and development process of a new energy vehicle,in order to meet the requirements of NVH and reduce the resonance risk between the front cabin decorative cover and the electric drive assembly,the finite element model of the front cabin decorative cover is established by using CAE software,and the modal analysis is carried out.Based on the results of CAE analysis,the optimization scheme is put forward,and then the modal analysis is carried out to ensure that the optimized front cabin decorative cover achieves sound insulation and noise reduction.The objective is to meet the performance requirements and provide an important basis for improving and optimizing the design of the front cabin decoration hood.
