文章系统分析研究重卡外饰件的轻量化思路,从轻型材料应用、新型工艺应用、结构拓扑优化、集成化设计等方面对外饰件轻量化思路进行分析和探究。重点介绍了玻璃钢件替代材料和外饰件新工艺。文章也介绍了在多年从事轻量化工作中遇到的一些问题,提出了解决思路和开发方向。

This paper firstly introduces the lightweight methods of heavy truck exterior decoration:lightweight materials,lightweight processes,structural topology optimization,and integrated design.Then introduce the substitute materials and processes of UP+GF.This paper also introduces the problems and the methods of the lightweight works.This paper provides some lightweight solutions for heavy truck designers and decoration suppliers.
