汽车齿轮油对驱动桥空载扭矩的影响研究

Research on the Influence Automobile Gear Oil on No-load Torque of Drive Axle

汽车齿轮油用于各种齿轮传动装置,在汽车上应用极为广泛,其性能直接或间接地影响整车的动力性及经济性。研究采用空载扭矩对比试验方法对汽车齿轮油对驱动桥空载扭矩的影响进行研究,对5种不同的汽车齿轮油进行驱动桥空载扭矩分析,以找到影响驱动桥空载扭矩的关键因素,为汽车齿轮油的选型优化提供有效的依据。

Automobile gear oil used for various gear transmission device,is widely applied in the car,its performance directly or indirectly influence the vehicle performance and fuel economy.We adopt the no-load torque contrast test of automobile gear oil to study the influence of the drive axle no-load torque of 5 different kinds of automobile gear oil drive axle no-load torque analysis,in order to find the key factors influencing the no-load torque drive axle,provide effective basis for optimization in the selection of automobile gear oil.
