摘要
文章以某发动机水泵皮带轮故障为切入点,只采用有限元方法计算的米塞斯应力结果很难再现故障,这是典型的低应力高周疲劳故障的案例,通过结合统计学上的疲劳软件能够很好的再现故障位置。
This paper takes the fault of a certain engine pump pulley as the starting point,the Mises stress result calculated only by finite element method are difficult to reproduce the fault,this is a typical case of low stress and high cycle fatigue failure,the fault location can be reproduce well by combining statistical fatigue software.
