摘要
传统重卡汽车采用的大多是燃油产生能量,通过发动机的机械运动产生动能带动传动轴、发电机、压缩机、过桥轮、皮带轮等部件来实现汽车的行驶、电器的运行等功能。但污染大、排放标准的严格、性价比低、噪音大的问题也一直未得到有效的解决,限制了燃油车的发展。新型重卡则采用新能源,新动力,比如电动重卡采用动力电池组来实现能量的传输完美地解决了燃油重卡存在的问题。而高压线束就是电动重卡汽车不可或缺的一部分,是整个电气系统的血管,保证传输系统的高效运行。高压部件之间的传输导线就是高压线,新能源重卡上多采用的高压线额定电压AC1000/DC1500的导线,是名副其实的高压线束。文章浅谈高压线束的加工工艺方法,对新能源线束加工起一定的指导作用。
Most of The traditional heavy truck vehicles use fuel to produce energy,which can drive the transmission shaft、generator compressor bridge wheel pulley and other components to realize the functions of driving and electric device.but theproblems of large pollution.stric emission standard.low performance-price ratio and high noise have not been effectively solved.which limits the development and storage of fuel vehicel.The new heavy truck adopts new new energy,new power such as power power battery pack to realize the energy transmission,which perfectly solves the problems existing in the fule heavy truck.toachieve,high-voltage wire harness is an indispensable part of the new energy vehicles,is the blood vessel of the entire electrical system,to ensure the efficient operation of the transmission system.In this paper,the processing technology of high pressure wire harness is diacussed,which plays a guiding role in the processing of the new energy.
