中药熏洗联合关节松动术及推拿对桡骨远端骨折患者功能康复的影响

Effect of Chinese Herbal Fumigation Combined with Joint Mobilization and Massage on Functional Rehabilitation of Patients with Distal Radius Fracture

目的:探究中药熏洗联合关节松动术及推拿对桡骨远端骨折患者功能康复的影响。方法:选择2018年5月至2019年10月我院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者94例,根据盲抽法将其分为两组,各47例。对照组采用关节松动术和推拿法治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用中药熏洗治疗,治疗1个月,对比两组治疗后腕关节功能、腕关节活动范围,促进关节功和不良反应。结果:治疗1个月后,观察组腕关节功能优良率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者掌屈、背伸、旋前、旋后等活动度均高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合关节松动术及推拿治疗桡骨远端骨折效果确切,可改善腕关节活动度能恢复,且安全性高。

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with joint mobilization and massage on the functional rehabilitation of patients with distal radius fracture.Methods:94 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to blind extraction method,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with joint mobilization and massage.On this basis,the observation group was treated with fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine for one month.The wrist function,wrist range of motion and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results:After one month of treatment,the excellent and good rate of wrist joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The activities of palmflexion,dorsiflexion,pronation and supination in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fumigating and washing with traditional Chinese medicine combined with arthrolysis and massage is effective in the treatment of distal radius fracture,which can improve the activity of wrist joint,promote the recovery of joint function,and has high safety.
