枸橼酸莫沙必利片在治疗奥施康定引起癌痛患者便秘中的应用

Application of Mosapride Citrate Tablets in the Treatment of Constipation in Patients with Cancer Pain Caused by Oxycontin

目的:探讨枸橼酸莫沙必利片在治疗奥施康定引起癌痛患者便秘中的应用。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年3月奥施康定引起便秘的92例中重度癌痛患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和研究组,每组46例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在此基础上给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效和不良反应发生情况,分析治疗前后便秘症状。结果:研究组患者总有效率为95.65%,明显高于对照组(82.61%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后排便频率、排便时间、大便性状和排便困难程度评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应总发生率为10.87%(5/46);研究组不良反应总发生率为2.17%(1/46),略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:枸橼酸莫沙必利片可有效缓解癌痛患者奥施康定治疗引起的便秘,减少不良反应,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the application of mosapride citrate tablets in the treatment of constipation in patients with cancer pain caused by Oxycontin.Methods:92 cases of moderate and severe cancer pain patients with constipation caused by Oxycontin from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given mosapride citrate tablets on this basis.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the constipation symptoms before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.61%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the defecation frequency,defecation time,stool character and defecation difficulty score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 10.87%(5/46);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.17%(1/46),slightly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mosapride citrate tablets can effectively relieve constipation caused by Oxycontin in cancer pain patients,reduce adverse reactions,and have high clinical application value.
