伊马替尼联合腹腔镜手术治疗胃肠间质瘤的临床效果及对预后的影响

Clinical Effect and Prognosis of Imatinib Combined with Laparoscopic Surgery for Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

目的:探讨分析伊马替尼联合腹腔镜手术治疗胃肠间质瘤的临床效果及对预后的影响。方法:选择2018年6月至2019年6月前来我院门诊就诊的126例胃肠间质瘤患者作为研究对象,依照就诊时间的先后分为观察组与对照组,各63例。其中观察组患者实行腹腹腔镜手术联合伊马替尼,对照组患者实行腹腔镜手术治疗,在手术及药物治疗结束后对患者进行临床效果检查。结果:对治疗效果分析,相比对照组,观察组术后6、9、12个月的疾病复发概率更低、无复发生存率更高,对比结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用伊马替尼联合腹腔镜手术治疗胃肠间质瘤对预后质量改善有良好效果,降低出现复发概率,提高无复发生存率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of imatinib combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor and its influence on prognosis.Methods:126 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor patients who came to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the visiting time,63 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopy combined with imatinib,while the patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic surgery.The clinical effect of the patients was examined after the operation and drug treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate of the observation group at 6,9 and 12 months after operation was lower,and the recurrence free survival rate was higher in the observation group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Imatinib combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors has a good effect on improving the quality of prognosis,reducing the recurrence probability and improving the recurrence free survival rate.
