早期肠内营养支持在大面积重度烧伤患者中的应用效果及安全性分析

Effect and Safety Analysis of Early Enteral Nutrition Support in Patients with Severe Burn

目的:探讨早期肠内营养支持在大面积重度烧伤患者中的应用效果及安全性。方法:选择2017年2月至2020年2月期间本院收治的大面积重度烧伤患者72例作为资料,随机分组各36例,对照组给予肠外营养支持,观察组给予早期肠内营养支持,评价两组血生化指标改善效果,观察并发症。结果:治疗前两组血生化指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PAB)、转铁蛋白(TF)明显改善且显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症率13.89%与对照组19.44%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:治疗大面积重度烧伤可加强早期肠内营养支持,促进机体营养状态改善,并发症少,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of early enteral nutrition support in patients with large area severe burn.Methods:72 patients with large area severe burn treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected as data,36 cases were randomly divided into groups,the control group was given parenteral nutrition support,the observation group was given early enteral nutrition support,the improvement effect of blood biochemical indexes in the two groups was evaluated,and the complications were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in blood biochemical indexes between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,albumin (ALB),prealbumin (PAB) and transferrin (TF) in the observation group significantly improved and significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 13.89% and the control group was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of large area severe burn can strengthen early enteral nutrition support,promote the improvement of body nutrition status,less complications and high safety.
