丹红注射液对早期糖尿病肾病患者的治疗效果观察

Observation of the Therapeutic Effect of Danhong Injection on Patients with Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨丹红注射液对早期糖尿病肾病患者的治疗效果.方法:选择2018年5月-2019年4月本院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者110例为研究对象.采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组55例.对照组采取常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹红注射液.比较两组治疗前后血压、血脂、血糖、UAER水平及治疗效果.结果:治疗后,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C和UAER均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率为90.91%,显著高于对照组的74.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:丹红注射液有效提高了早期糖尿病肾病患者的治疗效果.

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Danhong Injection on patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Method:A total of 110 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to April 2019 were selected as study subjects.Using random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine methods,the observation group was treated with Danhong Injection on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glucose,UAER level before and after treatment and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C and UAER in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,HDL-C was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91%,significantly higher than 74.55%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danhong Injection can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of early diabetic nephropathy.
