红花逍遥片在更年期综合征患者中的应用效果及对内分泌、植物神经的影响观察

Effect of Honghua Xiaoyao Tablet on Climacteric Syndrome Patients and Its Effect on Endocrine and Autonomic Nerves

目的:探讨红花逍遥片在更年期综合征患者中的应用效果及对内分泌、植物神经的影响.方法:选取2016年2月-2018年2月本院180例更年期综合征患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为A组与B组,每组90例.A组采用谷维素片治疗,B组在A组基础上加用红花逍遥片治疗.比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后的内分泌指标、植物神经平衡指数及植物神经状态异常率.结果:B组治疗后4、8、12周的治疗总有效率均高于A组(P<0.05).治疗后4、8、12周,B组雌二醇(E2)均高于A组,而黄体生成素(LH)与促卵泡激素(FSH)均低于A组(P<0.05).治疗后4、8、12周,B组植物神经平衡指数与植物神经状态异常率均低于A组(P<0.05).结论:红花逍遥片在更年期综合征患者中的应用效果较好,且对内分泌及植物神经的影响更为积极,临床应用价值较高.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Honghua Xiaoyao Tablets on climacteric syndrome patients and its effect on endocrine and autonomic nerves.Method:A total of 180 patients with climacteric syndrome in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into group A and group B according to different treatment methods,with 90 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Oryzanol Tablets,while group B was treated with Honghua Xiaoyao Tablets on the basis of group A.The clinical efficacy,endocrine index,balance index of autonomic nerves and abnormal rate of autonomic nerves state before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of group B at 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment were higher than those of group A(P<0.05).At 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment,estradiol(E2)in group B were higher than those in group A,while luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).At 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment,the balance index of autonomic nerves and abnormal rate of autonomic nerves state in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Honghua Xiaoyao Tablets is better in patients with climacteric syndrome,it has more positive effects on endocrine and autonomic nerves and has higher clinical application value.
