孕产期保健在降低产科并发症发生率方面的作用分析

Role of Maternal Health Care in Reducing the Incidence of Obstetrical Complications

目的:分析孕产期保健在降低产科并发症发生率方面的作用.方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月本院收治的88例孕妇作为研究对象.按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组44例.对照组给予常规孕期管理,研究组给予孕产期保健.比较两组干预效果、产科并发症发生情况及干预满意情况.结果:研究组保健知识了解评分、母乳喂养率及自然分娩率均高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组胎膜早破、妊娠期糖尿病、贫血、轻度及重度子痫前期发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05).研究组干预总满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:孕产期保健能够有效降低孕妇各种产科并发症的发生风险,可提高孕妇的母乳喂养率、自然分娩率及满意度,值得临床推广.

Objective:To analyze the role of maternal health care in reducing the incidence of obstetric complications.Method:A total of 88 pregnant women in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine pregnancy management,and the study group was given maternal health care.The intervention effect,obstetric complications and intervention satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:Knowledge of health care score,breastfeeding rate and natural delivery rate were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of premature rupture of membranes,gestational diabetes,anemia,mild and severe preeclampsia in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of intervention in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maternal health care can effectively reduce the risk of various obstetric complications of pregnant women,it can improve the rate of breastfeeding,natural delivery rate and satisfaction of pregnant women,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
