摘要
目的:观察脑机接口康复训练系统和常规康复训练对缺血性脑卒中恢复期上肢功能障碍的治疗效果,探寻缺血性脑卒中恢复期上肢功能障碍的有效治疗措施.方法:选取2018年1月-2019年6月来自泰安市中医医院脑病康复科门诊和住院部的94例患者,将患者按随机数字表法分为接口组和对照组,每组47例.接口组采用脑机接口康复训练系统和常规康复训练治疗,对照组采用常规康复训练治疗.用简化的上肢评价量表(fugl-meyer assessment,FMA)、改良Barthel指数(modified Barthel index,MBI)、徒手肌检查法(manual muscle testing,MMT)和经颅多普勒(transcranial doppler,TCD)对治疗前后的情况进行评分和临床疗效评定.结果:接口组总有效率为93.6%,高于对照组的72.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的FMA、MBI、MMT、TCD均优于治疗前,且接口组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:脑机接口康复训练系统能有效治疗缺血性脑卒中恢复期上肢功能障碍,显著改善患者的上肢功能.
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of brain computer interface rehabilitation training system and routine rehabilitation training on upper limb dysfunction in the recovery period of ischemic stroke,and to explore the effective treatment measures of upper limb dysfunction in the recovery period of ischemic stroke.Method:A total of 94 patients from outpatient and inpatient departments of encephalopathy rehabilitation department of Tai’an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected,they were divided into interface group and control group according to random number table method,47 patients in each group.The interface group was treated with brain computer interface rehabilitation training system and routine rehabilitation training,while the control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training.The observation results before and after treatment were scored and the clinical effect was evaluated with the simplified upper extremity assessment(FMA),modified Barthel index(MBI),manual muscle testing(MMT)and transcranial Doppler(TCD).Result:The total effective rate of the interface group was 93.6%,higher than 72.3%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FMA,MBI,MMT and TCD of the two groups were all better than those before treatment,and the interface group were all better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Brain computer interface rehabilitation training system can effectively treat the upper limb dysfunction in the recovery period of ischemic stroke,significantly improve the upper limb function of patients.
