中山市火炬开发区小学生六龄牙患龋情况分析调查及龋病防治

Investigation and Prevention of Caries of Sixth Instar Teeth Among Primary School Students in TorchDevelopment Zone of Zhongshan City

目的:探讨中山市火炬开发区小学生六龄牙患龋情况及针对性龋病防治对策。方法:选择2017年7月-2019年6月中山市火炬开发区的526名6~10岁小学生,按年龄分为6岁组、7岁组、8岁组、9岁组、10岁组。对其龋病发生情况进行调查分析,并讨论龋病防治对策。结果:526名学生中龋病发生率为11.60%,发病率随年龄增长而升高。女性、吃甜食≥5次/周、喝甜饮≥5次/周、睡前喝牛奶、婴儿时期母乳喂养、开始刷牙年龄>3岁、刷牙时长<2 min、刷牙频率≤1次/d、饭后不漱口、父母文化水平小学及以下均为六龄牙龋病独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:小学生六龄牙龋病发生与多种因素相关,需实施针对性防治措施以保证小学生口腔健康。

Objective:To explore the sixth instar teeth among primary school students in Torch Development Zone of Zhongshan City caries situation and prevention and treatment countermeasures.Method:A total of 526 primary school students aged 6 to 10 years in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone from July 2017 to June 2019 were selected.They were divided into 6-year-old group,7-year-old group,8-year-old group,9-year-old group and 10-year-old group.The incidence of caries was investigated and analyzed,and the prevention and treatment countermeasures were discussed.Result:The incidence of dental caries among 526 students was 11.60%,and the incidence rate increased with age.Female,eating sweets≥5 times/week,drinking sweet drinks≥5 times/week,drinking milk before bed,breastfeeding in infancy,age>3 years old,brushing time<2 min,brushing frequency≤1 time/day,not gargling after meals,parents’educational level,primary school and below were all independent risk factors of caries of the sixth instar teeth(P<0.05).Conclusion:The occurrence of caries of the sixth instar teeth in primary school students is related to many factors,and targeted prevention and treatment measures should be implemented to ensure the oral health of primary school students.
