医护一体化查房在糖尿病患者中的应用效果分析

Effect of Integrated Medical and Nursing Rounds on Patients with Diabetes

目的:探讨医护一体化查房在糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年12月本院260例糖尿病患者,其中2017年1-12月收治的130例糖尿病患者作为对照组,2018年1-12月收治的130例糖尿病患者为观察组。治疗期间对照组进行常规查房方式,观察组进行医护一体化查房方式。比较两组查房时间、干预前后血糖水平、健康知识掌握情况及医护人员护理服务质量评分。结果:观察组查房时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组健康知识掌握率及各项医护人员护理服务质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化查房有助于糖尿病患者提高健康知识的掌握及血糖控制效果,并且提升医护人员工作效率以及护理服务质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing rounds in patients with diabetes.Method:A total of 260 diabetes patients in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected,among which 130 cases of diabetes patients admitted from January to December 2017 were taken as the control group,and 130 cases of diabetes patients admitted from January to December 2018 were taken as the observation group.During the treatment,the control group was given routine rounds,while the observation group was given integrated medical and nursing rounds.The time of ward rounds,blood glucose levels before and after intervention,health knowledge and nursing service quality scores of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Result:The ward round time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2 h after meal and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The health knowledge mastery rate and all nursing service quality score of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated medical and nursing rounds can help diabetes patients to improve their health knowledge and blood sugar control,and improve the working efficiency and nursing service quality of medical staff.
