音乐疗法联合舍曲林治疗抑郁障碍的效果及对患者认知功能的影响

Therapeutic Effect of Music Therapy Combined with Sertraline in Treating Depressive Disorder and Effect on Patients’Cognitive Function

目的:分析音乐疗法联合舍曲林治疗抑郁障碍的效果及对患者认知功能的影响。方法:选取2016年2月-2019年6月本院收治的68例抑郁障碍患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组实施舍曲林单药常规治疗,观察组给予舍曲林联合音乐疗法治疗,对比两组疗效、认知功能和生活质量变化情况。结果:两组治疗前HAMD评分、MoCA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后1、3、5周HAMD评分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组治疗后各时间段HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各时间段MoCA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组服药依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组生理健康和周围环境比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组心理健康和社会关系评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抑郁障碍患者应用音乐疗法联合舍曲林治疗可提高患者认知功能,改善抑郁状态,提高服药依从性和生活质量,且其安全性较高,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of music therapy combined with Sertraline therapy in treating depressive disorder patients and the effect on patients’cognitive function.Method:A total of 68 depressive disorder patients treated in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2019 were selected and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,34 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional treatment of single drug Sertraline,the observation group implemented Sertraline therapy combined with music therapy,the changing situation of two group’s therapeutic effect,cognitive function and life quality were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in HAMD score and MoCA score between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The HAMD scores of two groups at 1,3 and 5 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those of before treatment,and the HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at each time point after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MoCA scores of the observation group at each time after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between two groups in physical health and surrounding environment(P>0.05).The mental health and social relationship scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Music therapy combined with Sertraline in treating depressive disorder can improve patients’cognitive function,improve depression,improve the drug compliance and life quality,and its security is very high,which is worth of being applied.
