医改视域下7S管理模式对特需护理门诊就诊患者满意度及护理质量的影响研究

Effect of 7S Management Mode from Perspective of Medical Reform on Satisfaction and Nursing Quality of Outpatients in Special Care Clinic

目的:探讨医改视域下7S管理模式对特需护理门诊就诊患者满意度及护理质量的影响。方法:选取本院特需护理门诊2018年7-12月实施常规护理管理模式期间就诊的100例患者为对照组,另选取2019年1-6月实施医改视域下7S管理模式期间就诊的100例患者为观察组。比较两组护理前后负性情绪、护理满意情况、治疗与护理依从性、护理质量。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)与抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、焦虑与抑郁阳性率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组基础护理、护理技能及护理态度的满意情况、治疗及护理依从性及护理质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医改视域下7S管理模式可提升特需护理门诊就诊患者的护理满意度及护理质量,减少患者不良情绪,在特需护理门诊中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To study the effect of 7S management mode from perspective of medical reform on satisfaction and nursing quality of outpatients in special care clinic.Method:A total of 100 patients visited the special care clinic of our hospital during the implementation of the conventional nursing management mode from July to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and another 100 patients visited the hospital during the implementation of the 7S management mode from perspective of medical reform from January to June 2019 were selected as the observation group.The negative emotions,nursing satisfaction,treatment and nursing compliance,nursing quality before and after nursing were compared between two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),the positive rates of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of basic nursing,nursing skills and nursing attitude,treatment and nursing compliance,nursing quality in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:7S management mode from perspective of medical reform can improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of outpatients in the special care clinic,reduce the patients’negative emotions,which has a high application value in the special care outpatient service.
