布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入联合开喉剑喷雾剂对预防气管插管拔管后咽喉部疼痛的效果观察

Observation of the Effects of Budesonide Atomization Suspension Inhalation Combined with Laryngeal Sword Spray on Prevention of Throat Pain after Tracheal Intubation and Extubation

目的:观察布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入联合开喉剑喷雾剂预防气管插管拔管后咽喉部疼痛的效果。方法:选取2019年6-12月本院重症医学科收治的70例经口气管插管行呼吸机辅助治疗并拔管患者为研究对象。按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组予以布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入,观察组在对照组的基础上使用开喉剑喷雾剂。观察比较两组咽喉疼痛伴随症状发生情况、咽喉疼痛程度、持续时间及干预前后心理状况。结果:观察组声音嘶哑、异物感、干燥感发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组拔管后2、12、24 h的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,观察组疼痛持续时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入联合开喉剑喷雾剂能有效预防气管插管拔管后咽喉部疼痛伴随症状的发生,并减轻疼痛程度和改善心理状况。

Objective:To observe the effect of atomization inhalation of Budesonide Suspension combined with Laryngeal Sword Spray to prevent throat pain after tracheal intubation and extubation.Method:A total of 70 patients admitted to the ICU department of our hospital from June to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of the study who underwent endotracheal intubation and ventilator assisted treatment and extubation.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was atomized inhalation with Budesonide Suspension,the observation group was treated with Laryngeal Sword Spray on the basis of control group.The incidence of accompanying symptoms,the degree and duration of throat pain and the psychological status before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:The incidences of hoarseness,foreign body sensation and dryness in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS scores of the observation group at 2,12,24 h after extubation were significantly lower than those of the control group,the pain duration of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atomization inhalation of Budesonide Suspension combined with Laryngeal Sword Spray can effectively prevent the occurrence of throat pain accompanied by symptoms after tracheal intubation,relieve pain and improve mental state.
