耳穴压豆法联合二甲双胍对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗的影响

Effect of Auricular Point Pressing Bean Method Combined with Metformin on Insulin Resistance in Obese Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Patients

目的:探讨耳穴压豆法联合二甲双胍对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:选择2019年1-12月本院妇科门诊确诊为痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征且伴有胰岛素抵抗的60例肥胖患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各30例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合耳穴压豆法治疗。比较两组治疗前后胰岛素抵抗相关指标和临床症状、血脂情况。结果:治疗组治疗后FPG、FINS及HOMA-IR指标降低程度均大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后BMI指数及中医症候积分均少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后LDL-C及胆固醇水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗后的TG及HDL-C水平改善但组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者采用二甲双胍与耳穴压豆法联合治疗的方案,可促使患者的胰岛素抵抗情况得到显著改善,BMI指数及血脂水平均显著降低,效果较好,说明耳穴压豆法作为药物治疗的有效补充,简便价廉,值得在临床应用及推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Auricular point pressing bean method combined with Metformin in obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients of Insulin resistance.Method:From January 2019 to December,a total of 60 obese patients with phlegm dampness polycystic ovary syndrome and insulin resistance were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metformin,and the treatment group was cured with Auricular point pressing bean method on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,Insulin resistance related indexes,clinical symptoms,blood lipid were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the decrease of FPG,FINS and HOMA-IR in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the BMI index and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of LDL-C and cholesterol in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TG and HDL-C in the two groups were decreased after treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Metformin and Auricular point pressing bean therapy for obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can significantly improve their insulin resistance,reduce BMI index and blood lipid level significantly,and have a good effect,indicating that Auricular point pressing bean therapy as an effective supplement to drug treatment is simple and cheap,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
