不同类型大学生自主学习能力差异及其影响机制——基于H大学本科生学习与发展调查 被引量:22

The Differences and Influencing Mechanism of Different Types of College Students'Self-regulated Learning Ability:Based on H University Students’Survey of Learning and Development

摘要 基于自我决定理论,从大学生对院校支持的满意度和自我期望两个维度将H大学学生分为高度协调型、环境依存型、独立发展型和消极发展型,并对四类学生的自主学习能力进行分析。研究表明:H大学四类学生的自主学习能力及其各维度水平均较高,其中高度协调型学生表现最好,其他三类相对较差;院校支持满意度和学生期望对大学生自主学习能力有正向影响,学生期望在自主学习能力影响机制中起部分中介作用。基于研究结论,以高度协调型学生的自主学习能力为参照,建议从加强学生整体规划能力、内外资源整合能力培养,帮助学生创设自主支持环境等三方面提升大学生自主学习能力。 Based on the self-determination theory,this study classifies H university students into four types from dimensions of college students’satisfaction with college support and self-expectation:highly coordinated,environment-dependent,independent development,and negative development.The study has shown that the selfregulated learning ability and its various dimensions of the four types of students in H University are relatively high,among which highly coordinated students perform best,and the other three types are relatively low.College support satisfaction and students’expectations have positive impact on self-regulated learning ability,and student expectations play a part of the intermediary role in the mechanism of self-regulated learning ability.The study takes the highly coordinated students as a reference,and puts forward suggestions to improve the self-regulated learning ability of college students.
