随着世界大学排名的兴起和发展,它在国际高等教育领域的影响力与日俱增。世界大学排名强调技术理性,采取单向度价值取向的评价范式,忽视了高等教育多元利益主体对世界大学排名具有不同的信息需求、优先等级和价值期望。对此,可以通过引入伦理矩阵,以幸福原则、自主原则和公正原则等三大伦理原则重新审视学生和家长、大学以及教育行政部门等利益主体对世界大学排名的诉求,并提出尊重多元的世界大学排名价值理念、鼓励多元的世界大学排名评价体系和满足多元的世界大学排名利益主体等发展愿景,为完善世界大学排名多元利益主体生成与协调机制提供一种崭新的分析框架。

With the rise and development of world university rankings,its influence in the field of international higher education is growing.World university rankings emphasize technical rationality,adopt the evaluation paradigm of one-dimensional value orientation,and ignore the different information needs,priority levels,and value expectations of multi-stakeholders of higher education.Therefore,through the introduction of an ethical matrix,this paper reexamines the demands of students,parents,universities and educational administrative departments on the world university rankings with the three ethical principles of happiness,autonomy,and justice.The study proposes the concept of world university rankings that respect values and diversity of evaluation system,and provides the new analytical framework for improving the production and coordination mechanism of multi-stakeholders in world university rankings system.
