硬质气管镜联合电子支气管镜介入对中央大气道肿瘤的治疗及护理效果

Therapeutic effects of interventional therapy by rigid bronchoscopy combined with electronic bronchoscopy on central large airway tumor

目的中央大气道肿瘤患者进行硬质支气管镜联合电子支气管镜介入治疗和护理的疗效。方法选取2017年10月至2019年6月呼吸内科收治的20例气道肿瘤患者,通过硬质支气管镜联合电子支气管镜介入术及护理,对比患者手术前和手术后1周呼吸困难分级、咳嗽评分、血气分析的情况。结果20例中央大气道肿瘤患者通过硬质支气管镜联合电子支气管镜介入治疗和护理,气道全部打通15例,部分打通5例,呼吸困难程度有明显改善,日间咳嗽、夜间咳嗽、VAS评分明显下降,血气分析指标明显改善,与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过中央大气道肿瘤患者经硬质支气管镜联合电子支气管镜介入术的治疗及护理,明显改善患者生活质量,总体治疗效果好,创伤小,并发症少,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the Therapeutic effects of interventional therapy by rigid bronchoscopy combined with electronic bronchoscopy on central large airway tumornursing.Methods Twenty patients with airway tumors who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were treated by rigid bronchoscope combined with electronic bronchoscope as well as postoperative nursing.The dyspnea grade,cough score and blood gas analysis before operation and at 1 week after operation were observed and analyzed.Results Among the 20 patients who were treated by rigid bronchoscope combined with electronic bronchoscope as well as postoperative nursing,the airway was completely opened in 15 cases and partially opened in 5 cases.The degree of dyspnea was significantly improved,the scores of daytime cough,night cough and VAS were significantly decreased,and the blood gas analysis indexes were significantly improved,as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The interventional therapy by rigid bronchoscopy combined with electronic bronchoscopy on central large airway tumor can significantly improve the life quality of patients,with good overall curative effects,less trauma and less complications,therefor,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
