以护士为主导的患者受控教育在神经介入术后二级预防中的效果

摘要 目的分析以护士为主导的患者受控教育在神经介入术后二级预防中的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月行神经介入手术的168例患者,根据护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组84例。对照组采用传统健康教育,观察组采用以护士为主导的患者受控教育。比较2组患者随访情况、治疗依从情况、认知功能和运动功能、神经功能缺损及康复情况。结果观察组复发率为1.22%低于对照组7.81%(P<0.05)。观察组按时取药、控制不良情绪、合理安排休息、体育锻炼依从性与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他指标与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者MMSE、FMA评分均高于对照组,SSS评分低于对照组,GOS良好率91.46%高于对照组78.13%(P<0.05)。结论在行神经介入患者术后开展以护士主导的脑血管疾病二级预防受控教育,可以提高患者治疗依从性,改善认知功能和运动功能,降低神经功能缺损程度,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effects of nurse-led patient controlled education in secondary prevention after neural intervention.Methods A total of 168 patients who underwent neuro-interventional surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to different nursing methods,these patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 84 cases in each group.The patients in control group received traditional health education,however,the patients in observation group received nurse-led patient controlled education.The basic follow-up information,treatment compliance,cognitive and motor functions,neurological deficits and rehabilitation status of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The recurrence rate in observation group was 1.22%,which was significantly lower than that(7.81%)in control group.There were significant differences in taking medicine on time,controlling bad mood,arranging rest reasonably,and physical exercise compliance between the two groups(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in the other indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).Moreover the MMSE scores and FMA scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,but the SSS scores were significantly lower than those in control group.The GOS good-excellent rate in observation group was 91.46%,which was significantly higher than that(78.13%)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse-led controlled education in secondary prevention of cerebrovascular disease after neurointerventional surgery can improve the treatment compliance of patients,improve cognitive function and motor function,and reduce the severity of neurological deficits,thus,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
