莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的效果探讨

Effects of mosapride combined with omeprazole on reflux esophagitis in elderly patients

目的:探讨莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的效果及对胃动素、胃泌素水平的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年12月本院收治的老年反流性食管炎患者86例,随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43)。其中对照组患者口服奥美拉唑40mg·次^(-1),2次·日^(-1);观察组在对照组基础上联用枸橼酸莫沙必利片5mg·次^(-1)口服,3次·日^(-1);总疗程2个月。比较两组患者烧心、反酸、胸骨后疼痛症状积分,胃动素、胃泌素水平,胃镜下食管粘膜愈合总有效率,临床治疗总有效率,及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者烧心、反酸、胸骨后疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);胃动素、胃泌素水平高于对照组(P<0.05);胃镜下食管黏膜愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.05);临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);而两组间不良发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑可提高老年反流性食管炎临床疗效,改善临床症状,促进食管粘膜愈合,且较为安全。

Objective:To investigate the effects of mosapride combined with omeprazole on reflux esophagitis in elderly patients and motilin and gastrin levels.Methods:Eighty-six elderly patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The control group was given oral prilosec,orally,40 mg/time,2 times/day.The observation group was given mosapride citrate tablets on the basis of the control group,5 mg/time,3 times/day.The scores of heartburn,acid reflux,retrosternal pain symptoms,motility hormone and gastrin levels,the total effective rate of esophageal mucosal healing under gastroscope,the total effective rate of clinical treatment,and the adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The score of heartburn,acid reflux and post sternal pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Motilin and gastrin levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Esophageal mucosa healing under gastroscopy was better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse incidence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mosapiride combined with omeprazole can improve the clinical effect of reflux esophagitis in the elderly,improve the clinical symptoms,promote the healing of esophageal mucosa,and is relatively safe.
