新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下临床试验病区管理防控策略

Prevention and control strategy of clinical trial ward under Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia epidemic situation

2019年12月以来,湖北省武汉市爆发新型冠状病毒疫情,并迅速向我国多个省市及全球多个国家和地区蔓延。疫情期间,共有216名临床试验的受试者需要在我院进行临床试验,这对临床试验病区在流行病学筛查、治疗和防控方面提出了更高的要求。本文根据临床试验要求和病区实际情况,采取"严防输入、严阵以待"防控策略,启动突发公共卫生事件应急预案、开通疫情期间受试者绿色通道、成立远程居家医护团队、管理各类人员、培训工作人员、管理病区环境,确保受试者得到科学合理地接诊与治疗。

Since December 2019,a novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak has occurred in Wuhan,Hubei Province,and spread rapidly to many provinces and cities in China and many countries and regions around the world.During the epidemic period,a total of 216 subjects involved in clinical trials need to complete subsequent clinical trials in our hospital,which puts forward higher requirements for epidemiological screening,treatment,prevention and control in clinical trial areas.According to the actual situation,the author’s clinical trial ward adopted the prevention and control strategy of"strictly preventing input and waiting",started the emergency plan of public health emergency,opened the green channel of clinical trial subjects during the epidemic situation,set up the home care team,managed all kinds of personnel,trained the staff,and managed the environment of the clinical trial areas to ensure that clinical trial subjects receive scientific and reasonable consultation and treatment.
