摘要
针对小型化带阻滤波器应用需求,采用互补开口环谐振(CSRR)结构设计了一款8 GHz±10 MHz的带阻滤波器。从理论出发,分析该器件的等效电路和拓扑结构,并基于HFSS软件建立仿真模型。经多轮优化设计,滤波器阻带抑制度达到-30 dB@8 GHz±10 MHz。该器件的研究对雷达微波系统的性能提升有较高的参考意义。
For the application requirement of miniaturized band-stop filter,a kind of 8 GHz±10 MHz band-stop filter is designed with a complentary split ring resonat(CSRR)structure in this paper.The equivalent circuit and topological structure of the device are analyzed in theory,and the simulation model is established based on HFSS.After several rounds of optimization design,the band-stop inhibition is up to-30 dB@8 GHz±10 MHz.The study of this band-stop filter is of great reference significance to the performance improvement of radar microwave system.
