法治视野下对暴力伤医行为的研究

习近平总书记在中央全面依法治国委员会第三次会议提出,加大对暴力伤害医务人员的违法行为打击力度。暴力伤医问题的恶化可以从行为人、医护人员、医疗场所、法律规定等角度寻找原因。在依法治国的背景下,为切实保障医务人员的合法权利,需要从行为人、医护人员、医疗场所以及法律等多方面构建对暴力伤医行为的规制体系。
