摘要
近些年来,财富传承已成为国人热议的话题,随着我国经济的不断发展,社会各阶层对财富传承的意愿大大加强,财富传承的体系构建与法律保护必然成为关注与研讨的热点。公证服务的切入,具有重要现实意义。
In recent years,wealth inheritance has become a hot topic among Chinese people.With the continuous development of China’s economy,the willingness to inherit wealth of all social strata has greatly strengthened.The construction of wealth inheritance system and legal protection will inevitably become the focus of attention and discussion.Therefore,the introduction of notary service has important practical significance.
