报纸副刊与文学发展呈相辅相成的关系。新世纪以来,由于大众文化的勃兴,以及传媒的多元,使得多数市场大报的副刊丧失了文学功能。而《启东日报·江海潮》这样的县级报副刊因其独特的生态环境,可以在经济大潮中葆有一定的独立性。从《江海潮》的定位、规划与拓展三个角度,可见其在培育江海文化与弘扬城市精神方面所起的作用。

Newspaper supplements and literature development has a complementary relationship.Since the new century,due to the rise of popular culture and the diversification of the media,most supplements of market newspapers have lost their literature function.However,some county-level newspaper supplements such as Jianghaichao of Qidong Daily can maintain a certain degree of independence in the economic development for their unique ecological environment.From the three aspects of positioning,planning and expansion of Jianghaichao,it can be seen that it plays a role in cultivating Jianghai culture and carrying forward the urban spirit.
