摘要 基于130 t/h燃煤循环流化床锅炉烟气治理项目,分析了湿电运行的放电特性、除尘除雾效果以及关键影响因素。实际湿电工程运行过程数据分析表明,湿电的二次电流随着二次电压的增加线性增加。但由于烟气状态的影响,运行过程的二次电压和二次电流比设计值要低。布袋除尘结合湿式静电除尘能够很好的保证烟囱总排口的粉尘浓度小于3 mg/m^3。随着二次电压的增加,除尘除雾效果改善,总排口粉尘排放浓度最低能达到1 mg/m^3以下,液滴的排放浓度达到20 mg/m^3左右,远低于超低排放标准。 Based on the flue gas treatment project of a 130 t/h coal-fired circulating fluidized bed boiler,the characteristics of electro-discharging,dedusting and demisting,as well as the key influencing factors of wet electrostatic precipitator(ESP)operation were analyzed.Data analysis of the actual wet ESP operation showed that the secondary current of wet ESP increased linearly with secondary voltage.However,due to the influence of flue gas condition,the secondary voltage and secondary current of practical operation process were lower than design values.The total dust concentration at chimney outlet is less than 3 mg/m^3by ESP combined with a bag deduster.With the increase of secondary voltage,the effects of dedusting and demisting were improved,the minimum dust emission concentration was below 1 mg/m^3,and the liquid droplet discharge concentration was nearly 20 mg/m^3,which is much more strigent than the ultra-low emission standard.
