摘要
利用Aspen Plus软件,以N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP,下同)为萃取剂,选用NRTL-HOC热力学模型,进行醋酸和水的萃取精馏分离模拟。确定了萃取精馏分离的最佳操作参数。在最佳操作参数下,萃取精馏分离出水的纯度高达98.63%,冰醋酸的纯度高达99.99%,冰醋酸的回收率高达99.03%,并且该工艺比常规精馏节能64.83%。
Using Aspen Plus software and N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP,the same below)as extractant,NRTL-HOC thermodynamic model was used to simulate the separation of acetic acid and water by extractive distillation.The optimum operating parameters of extractive distillation separation were determined.Under the optimum operating parameters,the purity of water and glacial acetic acid can reach 98.63%and 99.99%,respectively.The recovery of glacial acetic acid can reach as high as 99.03%and the energy saving of this process is 64.83%compared with conventional distillation.
