老年急性心梗肌钙蛋白I与彩超及心电图异常的相关性研究

Study on the Relationship between Troponin I Color Doppler Ultrasound and Electrocardiographic Abnormalities in Elderly Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨老年急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死血清高敏肌钙蛋白I与心脏彩超左室节段性室壁运动异常及心电图Ⅲ级缺血的相关性。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年8月江西省萍乡市人民医院收治的老年急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者100例,根据血清高敏肌钙蛋白I升高程度不同将患者分为两组,比较两组患者心脏彩超、心电图异常情况。结果:清高敏肌钙蛋白I升高越多,左室节段性室壁运动异常越多、心电图Ⅲ级缺血情况越多(P<0.01)。结论:老年急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死时,血清高敏肌钙蛋白I与左室节段性室壁运动异常及心电图Ⅲ级缺血呈正相关。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum high-sensitivity troponin I and color Doppler echocardiography(CDFI)in elderly patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods:100 elderly patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were divided into two groups according to the level of serum high-sensitivity troponin I.The abnormal conditions of color Doppler echocardiography and electrocardiogram were compared between the two groups.Results:the more high-sensitivity troponin I increased,the more abnormal left ventricular segmental wall motion,and the more level Ⅲ ischemia of ECG(P<0.01).Conclusion:serum high sensitive troponin I is positively correlated with left ventricular segmental wall motion abnormality and electrocardiographic grade Ⅲ ischemia in elderly patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.
