中医通络法治疗脑卒中后遗症的研究进展

Progress of TCM Tongluo Method in Treatment of Post-stroke Sequelae

通络法是传统中医治疗方法,具有平衡阴阳、调节气血之功效,常用于治疗脑卒中后遗症,可明显改善脑卒中患者肢体运动障碍,感觉障碍,认知障碍等,保障患者病发后生活质量。本文结合中医对脑卒中后遗症的研究,检索近年通络法在脑卒中后遗症临床运用文献作一综述,为临床上通络法治疗脑卒中后遗症提供参考。

Dredging Collaterals method is a traditional Chinese medicine treatment method,which has the effect of balancing yin and Yang(the two opposing principles in nature,the former feminine and negative,the latter masculine and positive)and regulating qi(Generally speaking,it refers to the disease resistance of human body)and blood.It is often used to treat the sequelae of stroke.It can obviously improve the physical movement obstacle,sensory obstacle,cognitive obstacle,etc.of stroke patients,and ensure the quality of life of patients after the disease.Based on the study of stroke sequelae in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper reviews the literature on the clinical application of dredging collaterals method in stroke sequelae in recent years,which provides a reference for the treatment of stroke sequelae in clinic.
