摘要 目的:探讨CBL结合微信平台在医学免疫学教学中的应用。方法:选取我院2017级临床医学专业2个本科班学生共77名作为研究对象,按班分为LBL教学方法组(对照组)和CBL结合微信平台教学组(观察组)。采用闭卷考试的方法比较教学效果,采用问卷调查的方法评价学生对新的教学方法的认可度。结果:问卷调查结果显示大多数同学认为CBL结合微信平台教学能增加学生的参与度,提高学习兴趣和主动学习的能力,能拓宽知识面。考试结果显示,观察组和对照组综合分析题平均分分别为(7.74±1.34)和(4.79±1.49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBL结合微信平台的教学方法能够提高学习和工作效率,提高学生的综合分析能力,值得在教学中推广。 Objective:To investigate the application of CBL combined with WeChat platform in medical immunology teaching.Method:77 students from two undergraduate classes of 2017 clinical medicine major were selected as the research object,and divided into two groups.Observation group were taught by CBL combined with Wechat platform teaching,and the control group adopted the traditional LBL teaching method.The method of closed-book examination is used to compare the teaching effects,and the method of questionnaire survey is used to evaluate the students'approval of the new teaching methods.Results:Questionnaire survey results show that most students believe that CBL combined with Wechat platform teaching can increase participation,enhance learning interest and initiative learning ability,and broaden knowledge.The test results showed that the average scores of comprehensive analysis questions in the observation group and the control group were(7.74±1.34)and(4.79±1.49)respectively,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching method of CBL combined with WeChat platform in medical immunology teaching can improve learning and working efficiency,and improve students'comprehensive analysis ability.It is worthy of popularization in teaching.
