摘要
中国石油庆阳石化公司130 kt/a烷基化装置采用硫酸法烷基化技术。结合全厂蒸汽管网现状和烷基化装置用能特点,分析了装置内蒸汽梯级利用的必要性,从流程设置、投资和操作费用等角度对装置内最大用电设备——制冷压缩机的驱动方式做了对比分析,并给出装置内蒸汽-凝结水推荐流程。分析表明,烷基化装置内采用蒸汽梯级利用,对能源的有效利用和能耗的降低均具有非常积极的意义,可以有效降低装置操作费用。
The 130 kt/a alkylation unit of PetroChina Qingyang Petrochemical Company adopts CNPC Sulfuric Acid Alkylation Technology.This paper analyzed the necessity of cascade utilization of steam in this unit based on the current status of the steam network of the whole plant and the energy consumption characteristics of alkylation unit.From the perspectives of process setup,investment and operating costs,a comparative analysis was made on the driving mode of the refrigeration compressor,the largest electrical equipment in alkylation unit,and the recommended process of steam-condensate was given.The analysis showed that the cascade utilization of steam in the alkylation unit has a very positive significance for the effective use of energy and the reduction of energy consumption,and could effectively reduce the operating cost of the unit.
