摘要 在中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司炼油部改质加氢装置反应系统TP347材质管线更换施工中,对材料特性及焊接性进行分析,合理选择焊接方法、坡口形式、焊接材料、焊接工艺、热处理工艺,经过现场严格管控,焊接取得良好效果,并总结出了满足现场施工的焊接工艺。 During the replacement of the TP347 material pipeline of the reforming hydrogenation unit reaction system of the SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,the material characteristics and weldability were analyzed,and the welding method,groove form,welding material,welding process and heat treatment process were reasonably selected.Through strict on-site management and control,the welding achieved good results.The welding process that meets the on-site construction is summarized.
