摘要
以大型石化企业实际应用为基础,运用SAFER Real-Time软件建立环保溯源辅助决策系统,采用“羽流”模型计算技术,实现对石化企业挥发性有机化合物和氮氧化物气体排放的快速溯源定位、影响范围评估和应急预案模拟,提升石化企业环保管理水平和应急指挥能力。
Based on the actual application of large petrochemical companies,this paper introduces the use of SAFER Real-Time software to establish an environmentally friendly traceability auxiliary decision-making system,which uses"plume"model calculation technology to achieve quick source tracing,influencing scope assessment,and emergency plans simulation for emissions of volatile organic compounds and nitrogen oxides from petrochemical companies,so as to improve the environmental management level and emergency command capabilities of petrochemical enterprises.
