摘要
探讨了炼油装置中水击现象的机理,即液柱分离、空穴的产生与湮灭、水堵等引起流体动量突变是造成水击的根本原因,分析了生产过程中水击产生的诱因,并提出了预防水击产生的措施及建议。
Based on study of the mechanism of water hammer phenomenon in petroleum refining units,it was concluded that the essential reason for water hammer phenomenon were mutation of the fluid momentum caused by liquid column separation,the formation and annihilation of cavities,and water blocking.The precipitating factors for water hammer phenomenon was also analyzed.And the preventive measures for water hammer and suggestions were raised.
