“互联网+党建”引领乡村治理机制创新——基于新时代“枫桥经验”的探讨

“Internet Plus Party Building”Leads the Innovation of Rural Governance Mechanism——Discussion on“Fengqiao Experience”in the New Era

乡村治理是国家治理体系的重要组成部分,其有效治理的实现是乡村振兴的基础。当前我国农村社会正面临着治理主体弱化、治理内容复杂化、治理手段受限的困境。在以农村基层党组织为领导核心的农村社会,基于“互联网+党建”创新乡村治理机制,破解乡村治理困境,对构建现代化的乡村治理体系及乡村振兴具有重要意义。首先明确了基于“互联网+党建”乡村治理机制的内涵,其次基于新时代“枫桥经验”对“互联网+党建”的乡村治理机制和经验进行探讨,并进一步阐释了基于“互联网+党建”乡村治理机制的引领意义,最后提出凝聚治理力量、培养互联网思维、提升互联网应用能力和推进“三治融合”的乡村治理路径。

Rural Governance is an important part of the National Governance System,and the realization of its effective governance is the foundation of Rural Revitalization.At present,China’s rural society is facing the dilemma of weak governance subject,complex governance content and limited governance means.In the rural society with the rural grassroots Party organizations as the core,innovation of the rural governance mechanism based on the“Internet plus Party building”is the key to the construction of a modern Rural Governance System and Rural Revitalization.“Internet plus Party building”is the first step to clarify the connotation of Rural Governance Mechanism based on the“Internet plus Party building”.Secondly,based on the experience of the new era,the Rural Governance Mechanism and experience of“Internet plus Party building”are discussed,and the guiding significance of the“Internet plus Party building”in Rural Governance System is further explained.Finally,the Cohesion Power,the Internet Thinking and the Applying Ability of Internet are raised and the rural governance path of“three-governance integration”is promoted.
