参麦注射液对鼻咽癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及癌因性疲劳的影响观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨参麦注射液对鼻咽癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及癌因性疲劳的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年10月本院收治的110例鼻咽癌患者,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组55例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用参麦注射液治疗。比较两组治疗前后的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、癌因性疲劳程度及评分。结果:治疗3、6周后,观察组CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组,而CD8+低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3、6周后,观察组癌因性疲劳程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3、6周后,观察组癌因性疲劳各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液可有效改善鼻咽癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及癌因性疲劳,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenmai Injection on T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and carcinogenic fatigue in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method:A total of 110 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,55 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shenmai Injection on the basis of the control group.The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,cancer-related fatigue degree and Score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After 3 and 6 weeks of treatment,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 weeks of treatment,the degree of cancerrelated fatigue in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of cancer-related fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai Injection can effectively improve peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and cancer-related fatigue in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and has high clinical application value.
