布地奈德雾化联合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎患儿血清炎症因子及免疫功能的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Budesonide Atomization Combined with Azithromycin on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

摘要 目的:观察布地奈德雾化联合阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿血清炎症因子及免疫功能的影响。方法:选择2017年11月-2019年10月于本院治疗的MPP患儿78例。按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组接受阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子指标[白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]及免疫功能指标。结果:观察组总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-6、hs-CRP、CD8+均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均上升,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为12.82%,与对照组的10.26%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化联合阿奇霉素治疗MPP能够增强患儿免疫功能,改善炎症症状,抑制疾病发展,临床应用安全性较高。 Objective:To observe the effects of Budesonide atomization combined with Azithromycin on serum inflammatory factors and immune function in children with Mycoplasma pneumonia(MPP).Method:A total of 78 children with MPP who were treated in our hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.The control group received Azithromycin,the observation group was treated with Budesonide atomization inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]and immune function were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.87%,it was higher than 79.49%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and CD8+decreased in both groups,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+increased in two groups,and the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.82%,compared with 10.26%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide atomization combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of MPP can enhance the immune function of children,improve the inflammatory symptoms,inhibit the development of the disease.
