摘要
外科临床教学是推进医学生和年轻外科医师培养的重要手段。传统教学方法中的教学载体存在许多弊端,而新兴的方法如三维可视化教学,利用数字化与3D打印的教学模型作为载体,具有立体化、视触性和可操作性等优点,在临床教学中的应用越来越得到青睐。本文基于PubMed、Springer Link、中国知网、万方医学网及维普网为主要数据库搜索106篇,并筛选72篇进行总结,回顾性总结了数字医学与3D打印技术在外科临床教学的成功运用,并对该技术教学中的运用方法、效果评价以及优势与不足展开综述,为在其他医学教育中的推广运用提供参考。
Surgical clinical teaching is an important means to promote the training of medical students and young surgeons.There are many disadvantages in the traditional teaching methods,but the new methods,such as three-dimensional visualization teaching,useing the digital and 3D printing models as the carrier,with the advantages of three-dimensional,visual touch and operability,etc.,and there are more and more popular in clinical teaching.Based on PubMed,Springer link,CNKI,Wanfang medical network and VIP as the main databases,106 articles were searched,and 72 articles were selected for summary in this paper.It summarized the successful application of digital medicine and 3D printing technology in surgical clinical teaching,and summarized the application methods,effect evaluation,advantages and disadvantages of this technology in teaching,so as to provide a reference for other medical education.
